A Mediterranean Courtyard
Newport, Essex
Design & Build Project
We were asked to design a courtyard garden for a new build house in Newport. The owner was looking for a low-maintenance garden that would take advantage of its south-facing position and provide generous space for entertaining.
We built a curved cobbled path leading to the main circular patio from Indian Sandstone. The planting consisted principally of drought-tolerant shrubs, perennials and sun-loving trees.
A bubbling water feature in an amphora vase draws the eye and senses in to the garden.

Clients’ Thoughts
“Will, Sasha and the whole team are a delight to work with and the project to completely renovate my courtyard was carried out in a very professional but friendly way. I love the result and can’t wait to see all the plants develop and grow. I can totally recommend this company.”
