Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please contact us if you have any questions about the quantity available of a particular item.
Please note that this online shop is intended for customers in the Saffron Walden area of Essex, UK. We will deliver your purchases personally so there is no delivery charge. If you have a monthly account with us we will add your purchases to our normal monthly invoice. If you do not have an account, we would appreciate a cheque when we deliver. Please note that there is no facility currently to pay for your goods online - we are using this shop only to collect orders.
If you live outside the Saffron Walden area, please give us a call on 01223 893433 prior to ordering. We will advise you of the delivery charges separately.
Please note that when we send a confirmation of order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling We do not charge shipping for goods despatched to addresses in the Saffron Walden area (CB11 and CB21 postcodes).
For shipping to addresses outside this area, please call us on 01223 893433 prior to purchase for charges. |
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders may take up to seven working days.
If there is any reason that your order will take longer to despatch, we will contact you immediately to let you know and provide a revised delivery time. |
